Booking an Appointment at Regenerative Immunology

📅 How to Book an Appointment

  • Appointments are booked through our secure electronic system, Tebra.

  • Telehealth visits are available upon request.

  • A team member will contact you to confirm your appointment and collect any needed information.

  • You can always email or call us for more information

🧾 For Your Visit

  • Bring any recent labs, imaging, or relevant medical records for review.

  • Your initial appointment will last 60–90 minutes for a thorough evaluation and personalized plan.

📌 Clinic Policies

  • We welcome and serve all individuals, but reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

  • A $35 fee applies for late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or missed appointments.

  • Same-day urgent visits are available when possible.

💳 Billing & Insurance

  • We are a pay-per-service clinic.

  • We provide courtesy billing as an out-of-network provider.

  • All Medicare plans are accepted.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Our Services

ATTENTION

We are very busy and there are many patients on the waiting list. In order to assure continuation of services we charge $35 cancellation fee and reserve the right to discharge patients with repeated "no-show" appointments. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. Also please be considerate of other patients - if you are not sure you can attend the appointment, do not book it.
